At Veda-V Tattoos, a store specializing in feminine tattoos, they offer a free red heart tattoo.
While I've seen some lower prices for tattoos, these are about the nicest I've seen for women!

OK, I admit it, I'm looking forward to the holidays this year :)
So, I've been looking for Christmas stuff, and today, I discovered Galveston Isle, which is sponsored by galveston.com. It's a beautifully done sim, and yes, I got misty, because I love Galvston.
There is a store there called Olde Christmas in the Strand, selling Christmas trees, decorations, and "snow panes" for your windows. The items were a bit pricey, but they did have a freebie! There are 10 free Christmas gift boxes, and a free basic Christmas tree.
I hope this business lasts till the holidays, but in case they don't, get over there soon to get your freebies!
