At FTV (Frozen Turquoise Valentine) you will find four ladies dollarbies. FTV has been in operation for a couple of years and it shows in the styling of the clothes. While I haven't seen the dollarbies on yet, I suspect they'll be nice ;)

At Belleza (a store I spent a great deal of time at before buying my new skin), there is a free male skin and a free female skin. You have to join the group to get it. I don't normally recommend this, but...it's Belleza! :)
